NICOLE SHOU

Research Analyst

Nicole Shou is a Research Analyst at The Barthwell Group.  In this role, she conducts research on several clientele, utilizing data analysis, and interpretations to steer decision-making with relevant information and to create comprehensive analytical reports to support engagements.

Ms. Shou is a private equity analyst at a search fund, as well as an investment and private equity analyst in the Virginia Venture Fund and the Impact Fund at the University of Virginia.  She started her own clothing company, Lumeria, which specializes in embroidered, screen printed, and sublimated apparel.

She is a student at the University of Virginia, intending to major in commerce with concentrations in finance and management, and with a minor in entrepreneurship.  She is in various clubs at UVA as well, including Founders at UVA, Aeon Growth Investing club, the Women’s Leadership Development Program, and the Table Tennis club.
