Natalia Escobar-Mesa is a Research Analyst at The Barthwell Group. In this position, she conducts research on various companies, analyzes information, and creates analytical reports with the relevant information for each engagement.
She is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Psychology. Natalia attended EAFIT University for one semester where she took various business courses. This experience provided her with a wide range of perspectives regarding the business world and social problematics in Colombia. Natalia also attended the National Student Leadership Conference Business Intensive Program at Georgetown University where she collaborated with a team of seven people to create a comprehensive business plan for a Fintech startup. During this time, she learned about finance, risk mitigation, strategic marketing and research and development. Natalia is also a Spanish native speaker and is fluent in French.
As part of her community involvement, she is currently volunteering at a foundation called “Posada de Moises” where she has been able to coach children on how to build healthy relationships. She also planned for the children a themed park outing which required financial abilities, transportation logistics, volunteer recruiting and training, and teambuilding exercises.
