March 2021: In today’s globally interconnected environment, it is very important to have an understanding of developing local diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies, as more and more companies are seeing a push in revenues coming from overseas. The Barthwell Group conducted research in collaboration with the University of Massachusetts Boston, to observe global definitions of diversity, equity, and inclusion, and the methodologies used to align diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies domestically and globally.
